Shipping Schedule & Estimates

Orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays for the safest delivery.

Orders placed on those days usually ship the following week.

Rare exceptions (e.g., express shipping) may ship on other days.

You’ll receive a tracking number and a refund of any shipping overages.

If issues arise (weather, missing fees, etc.), we’ll contact you. Please reach out with any questions.

Hoya Hut Guarantee

We carefully package every plant so it arrives healthy and beautiful.

To be eligible, email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

Claims without photos cannot be honored.

Guarantee is void if packages are left outside at delivery.

Plants damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded (if replacement isn’t possible).

Minor cosmetic damage, some leaf loss, or baby leaf drop may occur and are not typically covered.

Your satisfaction is important — please reach out with concerns, and we’ll make it right.

Restocking Fee

If you return a plant for reasons outside our control:

A 20% (or more) restocking fee applies.

Return shipping is your responsibility.

Refund amounts vary:

80% refund if returned in good condition.

Up to 50% refund if damaged but salvageable.

No refund if dead or unsalvageable.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance. Hoya Hut reserves the right to reject, cancel, or refuse returns at our sole discretion.

Winter Shipping Policy

Plant health comes first. During cold weather, we may hold your order until it’s safe to ship, which may delay delivery by a few weeks.

If you choose immediate shipping during cold conditions, you assume all responsibility for cold-related damage.

We recommend waiting for a safe shipping window to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition.

USPS Priority Mail is our standard.

UPS 2nd Day or Next Day is available (and may be required during extreme weather).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your plant’s journey.

Summer

Bring packages inside quickly to avoid heat stress.

Expedited shipping may be required during very hot weather.

Ship to an address where someone can receive it promptly (e.g., workplace).

Winter

Orders may be held until temperatures are safe.

Expedited shipping may be required to minimize cold exposure.

If you choose shipping during unsafe weather, all cold-related damage is at the buyer’s risk.

Heat packs may be included but are not a guarantee in extreme cold.

📦 INSULATION REQUIRED

55°F – 40°F

Use thermal wrap, bubble insulation, or insulated mailers.


🔥 HEAT PACK REQUIRED

39°F – 35°F

Use insulation plus a 40–72-hour heat pack.


⛔ DO NOT SHIP

Below 35°F

High risk of cold damage — postpone shipment.
