Live plants arrival guarantee

Our shipping prices are subject to change in accordance with the rates provided by our courier partners, including USPS. While we strive to keep shipping costs down, fluctuations in shipping rates are beyond our control. Some items may qualify for free shipping, and we appreciate your patience as we work to ensure your products are delivered at the best possible cost.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

For shipments from Hoya Hut, our standard shipping days are Monday and Tuesday. Occasionally, we may ship on other days for express packages, but this is not the norm. These shipping days are strategically chosen to facilitate quick and safe delivery, minimizing any predictable delays. Upon shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number and be notified of any shipping overage fees. Our packing team may take up to 5 days for a typical stock update. While we aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 10 days, or if you have any concerns, reach out to us at jenniffer@hoyahut.com

OUR GUARANTEE

At Hoya Hut, we take pride in meticulously packaging your orders. We guarantee that your plants will arrive beautiful, healthy, and in great condition, equal to or larger than the stock photo. While we strive for excellence, we do not cover heat damage. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to receive the package at delivery to prevent heat damage. If your plant arrives damaged, we’ll replace it or issue a refund. Claims without photos or other proofs will be denied.

To be eligible for our guarantee, contact us within 24 hours of package delivery. After this period, the plant is in your care. New/baby leaves and small cosmetic damages may occur during shipping, and we typically do not cover these.

RESTOCKING FEE

If you need to return items beyond our control, we reserve the right to charge a 20% or higher restocking fee. You’re responsible for the return label. Refunds vary based on the plant’s condition upon return. If the plant is in good condition, we’ll refund 80% of the item price. If salvageable but damaged, we’ll refund up to 50%. No refund will be given for items arriving dead or irreparably damaged. RIGHT TO REJECT ORDERS

All purchases are subject to acceptance by Hoya Hut. We reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion. We also retain the right to cancel sales without notice and without cause.

WINTER SHIPPING

In our commitment to delivering healthy plants, we do not ship when temperatures fall below a certain threshold. Your order will be held until suitable weather conditions arise. If you prefer an expedited delivery, understand that any cold-related damage becomes the customer’s responsibility. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the best condition for your plants.
